In order to demarcate an external restaurant demise we decided to do away with the usual bollard approach and instead decided not only to define the external space but to also give something back to the public & local community.

This took the form of public seating.  A place to rest, climb play and meet up with friends.

Inspired by the Tree-trunk bench by Jurgen Bey of Droog we looked to create something of a similar nature however with sharper lines and the use of Tolix chair backs to compliment the other industrial furniture used in the restaurant.
