This shopfront of a new concept store was clad in modular 3D tiles cast from remolten lava.

Designed to fit the full width of the shopfront, the intent was to design to a set module in a bid to not have to cut a single tile, thus negating any waste in the process.

These tiles were Designed by STAC and cast in Bulgaria from remolten Lava stone.   STAC wanted a tile that had visual depth, one that changes in different light conditions and has the robustness required of a bustling high street in Twickenham, UK.
